Voting deadline: May 2098
Description[?]:
This bill will reform all levels of our educational system. All government property involved will be sold to the highest bidders, (with the teachers at each school being permitted to make a single bid together, if they wish.) Lodamun is already known throughout the world for our wonderful exports, which have given us the strongest currency in the world. We attract corporations from all countries to base themselves(and recognize profits) here due to our 0% corporate tax. Our banks are a haven for the entire world. It is time our educational institutions lived up to these standards |

Message | We are not sure that there should not be government run, but paid, universities. Can the government be regarded as an owner of private institutions? |

Message | There are still the partial tuition subidies. |

Message | Ahh, what would Lodamun be without the deceptive and misleading titles that have mecome a microcosm of TiC's entire policy. |
Date | 00:46:47, August 19, 2005 CET | From | Tuesday Is Coming | To | Debating the World Class Educational Opportunities |
Message | Deceptive and misleading? Is that why many parents choose to pay for private schooling even though public education is free? |

Message | Too far. |
Date | 21:23:59, August 19, 2005 CET | From | Adam Smith Party | To | Debating the World Class Educational Opportunities |
Message | How is this too far. The governmennt still funds education for those that can not pay, but no longer deducts taxes from the working classes to pay for the schooling of the rich. |
Date | 21:49:54, August 19, 2005 CET | From | CNT/AFL | To | Debating the World Class Educational Opportunities |
Message | So now 'disadvantaged' implies that everyone but the rich gets vouchers for schooling? |
Date | 23:10:14, August 19, 2005 CET | From | Tuesday Is Coming | To | Debating the World Class Educational Opportunities |
Message | I prefer a voucher system for all students. The rich can add to the value of the voucher to send their children to more expensive schools. However, the current options only allow for "disadvantaged" vouchers. |

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life brand names (eg. Coca Cola, McDonalds, Microsoft). However, in the case of military equipment brand names it is permitted to use simple number-letter combinations (eg. T-90 and F-22) borrowed from real life, and also simple generic names, like those of animals (eg. Leopard and Jaguar). |
