| First and foremost, this legislation upholds the INALIENABLE right of the People to be secure in their persons, places, papers, and PROPERTY w/o Government or Individual cohersion. However, the Government (whether Federal or Local) may need to seize the private property of individuals for VITAL government projects or to sub-lease that property to corporations that might establish a factory which creates jobs or a condominium which might create the availability of housing etc. Nevertheless, this legislation ASSERTIVELY & EXPLICITLY notes that in order for Private property to be taken for public use, the victim/owner has the SOLE right to set the compensation of the property, or it can be of a MUTUAL bargaining agreement. | Message | NOTE: The "big government" caption was used for SATIRICAL reasons since this law gives the Gov't the powers to seize private property. However, the OWNER can set his/her OWN (rediculous) price for compensation for that land. For example, if my administration wishes to seize the family farm of Vox' estate, this legislation says that I can do so, BUT Mr. Popularis determines the PRICE that my Administration (the Government) must pay in which it can be 10,000,000 RUT. If the Gov't doesnt' meet that demand, we LEAVE [the Seller] ALONE!!! |

| Message | Yes, this is "Eminent Domain," but it TOTALLY respects the People's PRIVATE PROPERTY 100%!!! The word "seize" is actually inaccurate. The more appropiate word would be "offer" as in "The Government OFFERS to pay you [the owner] WHATEVER PRICE you agree to; if you do NOT agree, the Gov't leaves you ALONE!!!' |
