We are not opposed to protecting the public health from STDs and unwanted pregnancies. It is just that it has been a PROVEN SCIENTIFIC FACT verified in the following article that Condoms are ONLY 85% effective--[that means 15% defective]--in preventing STDs and unwanted pregnancies. We propose full Federal funding for a Nationwide televised campaign educating the citizens of this science and encourging ABSTINENCE!!! However, this legislation does NOT outlaw the sale of contraceptives.
