Message | We are not opposed to protecting the public health from STDs and unwanted pregnancies. It is just that it has been a PROVEN SCIENTIFIC FACT verified in the following article that Condoms are ONLY 85% effective--[that means 15% defective]--in preventing STDs and unwanted pregnancies. We propose full Federal funding for a Nationwide televised campaign educating the citizens of this science and encourging ABSTINENCE!!! However, this legislation does NOT outlaw the sale of contraceptives. cf. http://media.www.mcquadrangle.org/media/storage/paper663/news/2004/02/18/Perspectives/The-Condom.A.Friend.Or.A.Foe-611094.shtml . |
