| The INDRALAN ROYALIST PARTY wishes to present the National Assembly with the following proposal: March 2459 Indralan Dalibor Act Preamble: In the interests of our glorious motherland Indrala, we wish to expand her borders and prestige in this world. Therefore, the RPI (Royalist Party of Indrala) wishes for our brilliant nation to take possession of the island located north-west of the main island of Indrala. UNDERSTANDING: that seizure of a territory held by another nation is an act of war and is condemnably and unnecessarily aggressive, nevertheless; EMPHASIZING: that this island is as of now (March 2459) unclaimed and unincorporated by any nation, therefore; WISHING: that our motherland, our homeland, brilliant Indrala, take this island and make it our own, bringing it into our leadership for the good of the isle and our realm Indrala! I.) The island, located north-west of the main island of Indrala, shall from this point on be referred as “Dalibor” domestically, “Indralan Dalibor” externally and officially, and [the] “Isle of Dalibor” when used in a geographic sense. II.) Dalibor shall be occupied no later than a month after the passing of this proposal by the Indralan Armed Forces with the goal of establishing a base on the island to secure it for Indralan inhabitation. III.) An expedition shall be establish with the purpose of mapping the island, determining its natural resources, find fertile areas for cultivation, and to establish strategic sites for settlements. IV.) Dalibor shall first be established as a territory of Indrala, then a separate law shall deal with Daliborean statehood. V.)
