MessageOOC: Since the Science and Technology cabinet doesn't officially do anything, I thought that it would be a good idea to have one of its powers be to be the sole position that can change the country's research priorities, although doing so still requires a majority vote supporting their proposition.

MessageSoftware as in developing any type of computer program. We believe that this is our best way to compete in the global marketplace - its a clean field that produces no pollution, which is a wise environmental move. Leading our country down this road acts as a motivator to make our schools world class, which will have a side effect of benefiting students who enter other fields as well.
