| Message | I really don't want to re-enact that whole episode of the 1960s, but to be REALISTIC, society can still be "segregated" w/o the force of law (De Jure segregation). In other words, if white kids don't want to live in neighborhoods with Black kids, move in the the SUBURBS where the Black kids cannot afford to live or move to a Province where most of the people are of their racial background (de facto segregation). However, if the Government FORCES segregation on the people against their will, then that will automatically discriminate against Whites (such as Eminem, Joe Pantiolano, etc.) that WILLFULLY decides to live and work with Blacks. The current law is find b/c it allows for DE FACTO segregation if that is what the people want. |

| Message | Capitalist, I've begun to believe that you are indeed a closet racist. Why would I care if whites were discriminated against for wanting to live and work with blacks? Why would I care if blacks were discriminated against for the same thing? Colors don't blend, and I'm not insinuating that one race is better than another, merely that they don't belong together. |

| Message | ....and I am just arguing that you are ENTIRELY (100%) welcome to your opinion that different races don't "belong" together. Rather, I am merely saying that if that is the people's opinion, they will logically just SELF-segregate from one another--[sociologists call this "de facto segregation"]--. As a Libertarian, I am just ADAMANTLY opposed against you using the power and force of the GOVERNMENT through the prism of the "Law"--in which ALL are entitled to the "Equal Protection [Application] of the Law"--to advance that opinion. What do you say when people VOLUNTARILY integrate??? Should the State FORCE them to segregate against their free will??? FYI, that is a cunning strategy to twist my logic around by saying that I am a "closet racist"(LOL). On the contrary, I have absolutely nothing to hide about my views. My personal opinion about the so-called "civil rights movement" was that it was STUPID. Let me explain: while it is a Mortal Sin in my judgment to refuse service to a person of another race in a public establishment, my view is that the Blacks should have just SELF-segregated starting their own businesses, bus lines, etc. while in effect waging a PERMANANT boycott on the racist businesses in the South. |

| Message | Don't tell me your not racist because you don't discriminate against black or white people in real life. Segregation is discrimination, it is racism, and who is to decide who gets the better of the public amenities and educational institutions. I do accept your position on the matter, and I disagree with it, and I will vote no, not that I have any seats or anything, but I'm not gonna go on a huge rant like Capitalist and tell you your wrong. You have your opinions and I have mine, I just dislike yours. |

| Message | Segregation isn't neccessarily discrimination. It just means that races don't mix, it doesn't favor one race or another, but at the same time doesn't support one race or another... It would be discrimination if we favored providing better things to one race than another, but we don't, we just support separation. To quote dictionary.com---"treatment or consideration of, or making a distinction in favor of or against, a person or thing based on the group, class, or category to which that person or thing belongs rather than on individual merit" |
