Bill: Fiscal Responsibility Restoration Act of 2462

Details

Submitted by[?]: Democratic Rationalists (PrCoa)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change income taxes. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 2463

Description[?]:

Thanks to right-wing "borrow and spend" policy, our government is now running a massive budget deficit of about 3.75 billion ALOs. This bill proposes *modest* graduated income taxes to balance the budget and restore Aloria's modest surplus.

Let's stop passing the costs of our policy choices onto the next generation. Let's restore fiscal responsibility.
