Message | Wait - why are we assuming EVERY citizen is both ordinary and decent? Do we honestly believe ALL crime in Likatonia is the hadniwork of immigrants and tourists? An identity card isn't that much information - it's a fairly reasonable precaution... no more than asking each person to be able to support the claim that they are who they say they are. |
