| Noting that it has been over 12 months since the last elections. Noting that the current government has yet to propose a cabinet bill or to even bother the process of forming a government Noting that because of this inaction, the cabinet is full of the previous appointees, that of the Separatists party Noting that the Separatists recieved less then 23% of the vote, and as such do not warrent complete representation in the cabinet: Resolved that if the Separatist government does not attempt to pass a reasonable cabinet bill with the consent of parliament by December 2038, nor is any explanation of this action made before parliament, that this body censures the actions of the separatist movement and that of President Solomon. Resolved that if this action is even further ignored by the president, that new elections are petitioned for as soon as possible to rectify this problem |
