Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 2465
Description[?]:
Since we have three territories I've been doing there histories, symbols and stuff different ways, SCP and myself did Tropica's, and the Eastern-Territories will be a joint project between all of us, so I figured for Midway I'd just make the stuff and put it to vote. Proposed flag for Midway territories; http://img83.imageshack.us/my.php?image=midwayflagmx2.png The flag does have meaning as well. The blue background represents the sea, of which the area borders two of, and has alot of coastal area. The green and brown represent nature and the forest, which Midway has alot of. The circle represents Midway as both a place, while the brown lines represent the crossing of paths, a metaphor for life, as well as the fact that Midway is the crossing point for people and cargo between Sekowo and Tropica, as well as its connection of the two areas of Dovani via the natural land bridge. |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
