Current: A civilian police force is in place and the military is not allowed to play any part in it.

Message | While the PRP is greatly in favor of cooperation between the police and the military in times of crisis, in general the military has no place enforcing the law domestically. Soldiers are not police officers, and just as the police are a last line of defense in the case of a foreign invasion, so too are soldiers the last option for law enforcement, and not simply another resource on which to draw. |
