Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 2466
Description[?]:
Currently local goverments decide on who will be allowed to buy fireworks and who not. We should have a common state-wide policy on this. We believe that only adults should be allowed to buy fireworks. Children will be allowed to use them but only under parents observance. Fireworks can be lethal and should be only used by responsible people. |

Message | This is an area that we believe is best left to local governments. |
Date | 20:56:58, October 04, 2007 CET | From | Plato's Republican Party | To | Debating the Fireworks |
Message | While we would prefer that everyone be permitted to purchase smaller fireworks, we agree with the idea that it should be nationally legislated. It seems silly to have one region ban fireworks while another one which freely sells them is only a short drive away. |
