The Independent Centrist Party recognizes the right of employee unionization. However, some safeguards must be in place to insure public safety and welfare is not affected by striking workers. The ICP demands a fair wage and safe workplace from employers and in return, unions must ensure public safety and democratic voting.

MessageWe cannot support this bill in it's current form. We speak of the second article. We should not tie our police's hands so. We must trust their judgement in the matter, since they are an extension of us and, therefore, infallible. Remove the second article and you have our support.
