Current: There is a national agency which owns and manages all forest land.
Proposed: All forestry is performed by private companies.

Old value:: The government is responsible for waste disposal.
Current: Private companies are responsible for disposing of their own waste. The government disposes of residential waste.
Proposed: Waste disposal is left entirely to the private sector and is unregulated.

| Message | I think the market will enforce itself on this one. People are generally aware now of the environment, if a private company was disposing of waste in a dammaging fashion, the people would stop using their services. No demand, no buisiness. No buisness, no company. Besides, competition for the removal of waste will signifigantly lower the cost to do so for the average Valruzian (I.E. the tax dollars that would go to trash removal would go to other things, or would be distributed to the people.) |

| Message | Completly anti-ecological. You seem to assume that people are very inteligent and they'll not fall for false publicity... private sector will bring this country down. Forests have to be a matter of state! This is the land of the people not of some companies which will want to earn money from forest like building some turistic hotels. Unregulate disposal garbage will bring chaos to effort made to reduce pollution |
