This bill ensures that we have and maintain a STRONG NATIONAL DEFENSE and that means that the military's job is to "Fight & Win War and thereby prevent it from happening (PERIOD)!!!" Therefore, ask yourself how can our brave men and women protect our beloved nation from foreign attack if they are busy arresting people for prostitution, or parking tickets??? Thank you for your full support. |

Old value:: The military acts as a de-facto police force, with powers of arrest.
Current: A civilian police force is in place and the military may be called in to help in serious emergencies.
Proposed: A civilian police force is in place and the military is not allowed to play any part in it.
