Well, the statistics state that women outnumber men TWO-to-one. Therefore, that means that approximately 66% of the 44 million pre-born infants that are aborted are...you guessed it...WOMEN!!! So, why can't the FEMALE baby have a "Right to Choose" to an abortion??? Thank you for your full support. |

| Message | How about because the 'rights' of the citizen trump the rights of the non-citizen. The Likatonian mother is a citizen... the foetus isn't (although, if carried to term, it COULD become one... maybe). Thus - the 'rights' are on the side of the 'host' body... not some conjectural potential future entity that might or might not ever actually exist. |

| Message | I have to say that the NKP is supportive of this bill, as a fetus is not part of the mother as it does have a unique genetic make up and therefore is it's own sovereign being. Should there be a Medical Emergency, (Rape, possible death of mother ETC) then the woman should have the right to abort the fetus though. |

If the AM SuDP managed to get a law passed that implanted parasites inside the internal organs of every Likatonian mand and woman, would 'not being part of you' be a good enough argument? The 'sovereign being' argument is even worse... if it is 'sovereign', let's remove them and let them fend for themselves. (Last point - unique genetic make-up? One person can actually have more than one 'unique genetic make-up, making them what is called 'chimera'. Should we change Likatonian law to allow each unique genetic make-up to count as a citizen? |
