Message | sounded good til no vaccination for adults for religious reaons. |
Date | 21:07:04, October 08, 2007 CET | From | Kirlawan Popular Front | To | Debating the Vaccination Act |
Message | No. We believe that the case for vaccination is self-evident, but there are reasons (and not just religious!) that some people can refrain. The main thing is to encourage as many people as possible to accept vaccination in order to maintain a decent level of 'herd immunity'. If compulsion is attempted in this way, we believe it may even reduce take-up, with people objecting to the mandatory nature on ideological grounds. |
