Bill: Foreign Policy, January 2468
Details
Submitted by[?]: Indralan Council for Universal Democracy
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2468
Description[?]:
Our current stand on what we disagree with in our foreign policy. Everything else we deem fine. Speaking of Article 1, we certainly don't believe in world peace, but we should bare an open mind as well as be open to all talks, even with our enemies. On the issue of Article 2, we are one of the, hopefully not few, parties in the State of Indrala that trusts our people; this is an essential element to a healthy democratic relationship with the people. Trust. Fascist parties should try it; it works miracles. As for Article 3, we don't believe in closing ourselves to others and kicking out illegals, but we should place them temporarily in integration centers if discovered to help them integrate into society; better for us and for them. However, unlike the proposal by the National Jewish Party, we do NOT condone actively searching houses for illegals; this is an invasion of privacy and basic human rights. |
