Message | To hell with it. We want to be able to use it on Likatonian citizens too. We feel that this is watered down policy and weak in defence of the state. However it is a step in the right direction. |

Message | Well, a form of torture often used by government which is non-lethal and doesn't "technically" injury vital organs is waterboarding which incurs immense amount of SUFFERING on someone that POSSIBLY knows information via the force of government. cf. http://www.storyarts.org/library/aesops/stories/north.html |

Message | I see the point of the CWFP's article, let me put in a rebuttal... As stated in the bill, we will try to get info kindly and softly, but if that doesn't work then we will work on something that is a bit more...."effective" |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
Random quote: "It is necessary for him who lays out a state and arranges laws for it to presuppose that all men are evil and that they are always going to act according to the wickedness of their spirits whenever they have free scope." - Niccolo Machiavelli |
