MessageWe are torn on this bill. We stand for liberty, but it is the liberty of *Cildanian's* that we stand for, not the liberty of the unwashed masses of the world. We unequivocally support the "no refugees" plank of this proposal, but the travel restrictions make us nervous. At any time when the forces of Liberty were in charge, we would support them, as they would keep the unworthy out, and allow us to let our own unworthy leave and not return. In the alternative, when the socialists were in charge they could use such control to keep out the worthy while allowing in the degenerate and worthless, in order to increase the size of their constituencies. We are inclined to support not allowing foreign embassies, as they are known to be bases from which spies infiltrate society, and which serve no useful purpose which could not be served via telephone or internet conversation.

Ultimately then we have two clearly beneficial proposals, accompanied by two that require us to place a great deal of faith in the Cildanian people's ability to select the proper leaders. We will tentatively agree, and hope our faith will not be rewarded by stupidity.

MessageAlthough we mostly agree with that which you state, one must argue against your comment that embassies serve no purpose, among my duties as Chancellor it was my pleasure to attend the Selucian Embassy Ball, and while their were some frightful wogs amongst the crowd and some of the national costumes were a bit eccentric, the wine was quite divine and the Gilzon Symphony Orchestra was quite above its usual form.
So while not a virtue to the benefit of the nation, one wouldn't say it does nothing.
One should never restrict the right to travel to foreign climes to Cildanians, only the right of the alien to take steps on Cildanian soil. yes some might come back with strange ideas or diseases, look at that bloke who brought back malaria or all those communists, But our Nationals should not be restricted the right, anyway Passports are damn handy when your in need of Identification.
And we are against article four for the damage it would do the Tourism Industry, one we cannot afford to destroy.
