Message | Smoking should be legal anywhere, people should just respect eachother and not be told by the government where to smoke and where not. |

Message | As I'm sure you know already: smokers are not only risking their own lifes, but those of others aswell—especially in enclosed public buildings. The government should have every right to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our Dolgarian nationals. If a gentleman wants to kill himself in his own property, he has every right to do so; but he shouldn't damage the health of others in the process. |

Message | You are completely right. But still, it is not up to the government to tell me where I can or can't smoke. Even in my own property I should have the decency and respect not to smoke when non-smokers are visiting, for instance. According to you I can 'kill' anyone in my own property... |

Message | Health issues such as these should be promoted by the government, not enforced. People who don't want to be criticized for smoking can smoke elsewhere and those put off by the smokers will soon find somewhere else better go. Eatery owners won't like that - in this case they self-regulate. The government has no place telling people what and what not to do with their own bodies. |

Message | "The government has no place telling people what and what not to do with their own bodies." Of course. However, this is a different issue, smokers are doing what they want to their bodies and damaging the the health of others around them. Now, fat people can eat chocolate donuts all they want—because there is no such thing as "second hand fatty foods." |
