This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | I too am beginning to think that the National Strength Party's name is somewhat misleading. While I appreciate their support on some of the delocalization bills I have proposed, their no vote has led to many defeated bills. Of course, I will vote no to this cabinet. |
