| It is unreasonable in the advent of this dangerous age of nuclear democracy to have shelters placed few in far between. However much it hurts us, a party of peace, to compose such a piece of legislation, we do realize the facts. There are people who wish to hurt our nation out there. And we need to make the world safer. Therefore I propose that all government buildings, libraries, post offices...etc that they all be given provisions and such for the common defense. To not do so, would be a tragedy waiting to happen. Especially for those of us not wealthy enough to buy our own shelters. (We're looking at you, Union pour Un Movement Populaire) |

Old value:: The government builds and maintains a network of shelters across the nation.
Current: The government builds and maintains a network of shelters across the nation.
Proposed: Every public building is required to feature provisions for civil defence and at least 50% of spaces must be allocated to private citizens.
