| This will allow the government to oversee the growwth of hemp and ban breeds which have been created for illegal purposes. Note that there is a difference between the "bad" hemp and thge industrial hemp varieties. Under government supervision, it would be hard for any agribusiness to hide. Any business wishing to grow industrial hemp must aquire a license and submit to inspections by the Government. |
