Details

Submitted by[?]: Kapitalist-Arbeitsfamilien Partei

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2470

Description[?]:

The "Common Sense Criminal Justice & Civil Liberties Act" has been REVISED and condensed to find consensus:

(1) Likatonia [the PEOPLE in context] is not and does not desire an oppressive POLICE STATE. Rather, local governments should police their own communities;

(2) We don't believe it is necessary for police officers--even local---to carry machine guns in the street b/c it gives the illusion that "Big Brother" is watching the people. We are a Constitutional Republic & Representative Democracy;

Random quote: "The problem is big government. If whoever controls government can impose his way upon you, you have to fight constantly to prevent the control from being harmful. With small, limited government, it doesn't much matter who controls it, because it can't do you much harm." - Harry Browne
