Description[?]:

Artical one: any child of any age may buy and use drugs(escluding caffine) however the parents must be aware that there children are doing/buying drugs for any reason whatsoever.

Artical two: any child that get drugs(escluding caffine) without there parents being aware the child was aware of this, will have his/her parents alerted.

Artical three: any merchant that dose not tell the childs parents shall be given a 500 KKR fine and/or 2 months in jail.

MessageInteresting bill.. However, we do not believe in private parenting as it is inefficient and produces weak children. Since children are a nation's future, we deem it only right if the state raises them.

We do not accept that parents can be trusted to know what is good for their "offspring".
