| This bill still outlaws public nudity but if a private enterprise wants to set up a nudist camp, colony, beach, etc., they can. As long as the public doesn't see a man naked down Main Street. This could also allow for naked sunbathers to sunbathe within their own yard or property (bearing in mind that there are no young children present). |
