Bill: Ecology Liberalization Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Movement for Freedom

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 2474

Description[?]:

The ecological issues are best handled by private charities and institutions.

1. Liberalize forestry. Forest protection is best handled by local governments.
2. Hunting --> local governments' decision.
3. Do not enforce pollution guidelines. Citizens should act to boycott polluting businesses if they are concerned about the environment.
4. Ease off the enforcement of recycling. Enforcement only for industries.
5. Drinking water is a commodity: it is in the businesses' self-interest to ensure quality. Do not enforce.
