While the actual electing of the spots will not happen until January of 2445, the process of candidacy must be started now.

All parties are allowed to submit candidates for the Chancellor or Governor of Tropica.

Parties may team up to form joint tickets as well.

This is a mixture of out of character and in character, so you don't have to worry about differing.

Technically the populations of the regions are voting for these spots, but since there are no game mechanics for it, it's being done this way.
