MessageFor what reason? Is there any real legitimate reason? The Senate Warden has been part of Solentia's history since 2399....75 years....

MessageOur position is that it has always been: this is a minor question, the Senate shouldn't wast its time with it.

What changed is our way to avoid this problem. Since nothing is going to stop the bourgeois parties from bickering about it, we vote yes to see if the issue is over as quickly as possible, so that we can face the real problems of Solentia, and concentrate our forces in fighting the rise of fascism in Solentia.

Our main enemy, at this moment, isn't the Federal Independent Party, nor even the CMP. Our enemy are the terrorists olive-shirts.

We urge the CMP to stop protecting this dangerous and murderous movement, and turn back to sane politics.

MessagePoint of order! Point of order! How long will the Senate continue to put up with the slander from the distinguished fellow of the Worker's Party? We demand that there be either level charges against us or censor the WP Senator for speaking out of order and making slanderous charges against our party and our party.

Message"The distinguished fellow of the Workers Party" is a Senator elected by the vote of the Solentian people.

The fascist senator is again trying to pass their mutinous agitation as a defence of order. The order, senator, is the freedom of each senator to say what she or he thinks is more convenient for those who elected her or him.

MessageGentlemen please, keep to the issue at hand.

We note all allegations made in this chamber and shall to it, that any form of terrorist is NOT protected by a Solentian party.
Thnak you.

MessageSee, senator... threats are a worse crime than slander.

But the point, in a democracy, is that representatives of the people cannot be accused of speech crimes. We must be able to say what the common citizen cannot.

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature.

Random quote: "A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government." - George Washington
