STATUTES OF THE PONTESIAN CONTROL COMMISSION IN TADRAKI

The Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth hereby establishes this charter as a part of the constitution to set forth the structure of our governance.

1. The Pontesian Control Commission in Tadraki can be call as Pontesian Control Commission or PCC

2. The functions of the Pontesian Control Commission shall be the governing of Tadraki.

3. The Pontesian Control Commission shall be headed by a Chairman who shall be the representative of the Pontesian armed forces. Attached to him there shall be: a vice-chairman of the Commission; a political adviser; two assistants to the Chairman; a chief of staff of the Commission.

Representatives of the Pntek and the Jewish will be included in the composition of the Pontesian Control Commission.

The Pontesian Control Commission shall have its own flag.

The seat of the Pontesian Control Commission shall be Nantashem.

4. The Pontesian Control Commission shall be composed of:

(a) a staff

(b) a political division

(c) an administrative division

(d) a military division

(e) an air force division

(f) a sea fleet division

(g) an economic division

5. The Pontesian Control Commission shall have its representatives in the provinces, districts, ports, and at the most important enterprises for the organization of local control.

6. The Vice-Chairman and assistants to the Chairman of the Pontesian Control Commission and also the chiefs of divisions shall have the right, through the local military command, to call in specialist-officers for consultation, for making surveys or for working out special questions which arise during the work of the Pontesian Control Commission.

7. During the period in which the office of the governer of Tadraki is vacant, all the executive powers and duties that the law prescribed to a governer or the cabinet shall be delegated to the Chairman of the Pontesian Control Commission and to those whom the Chairman of the Pontesian Control Commission shall assign them.

8. Tadraki will become a part of Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth as a Special Administrative Region.
