| Dr. George Falco, Foreign Minister: As many of you have discussed, a renewed look at the MCTO is needed. Under the resolution by the NSPJ called "Majarta Defence Programme", many of us concluded that the MCTO needs its membership expanded to its eventual goal of spreading to the entire continent. I like the NSPJ suggestion to making an international press release. But before that, I want to discuss the revision of the MCTO. It was written over 200 years ago and we think that a revamped MCTO is needed. Many of the articles are considered vague and with the danger of the abuse of the MCTO by Solentia in the 2370's must be prevented in the future. I propose the following resolution: - A comprehensive review of the MCTO and suggest changes. - Writing a new draft of the MCTO - Future discussion on the renewed draft - Lobbying efforts in all Majatra countries by the Foreign Minister* *All future Foregin Minister will continue efforts to pursue other countries to join - Releasing an international press release as suggested by the NSPJ Thank you for your time.
