Message | Compiclicated -- while 2nd trimester abortions can be gruesome, a woman may not know she is pregnant until 8 weeks, leaving only a month to decide whether she wants an abortion, to find out where she can have an abortion, to learn the relevant safety issues, discuss it with family, etc. However, we support the principle. As such, we are on the fence. |

Message | For me, this is a matter of the personal versus the political. While I personally would not support this bill, I need to demonstrate my gratitude to those religious constituents who gave me such a large entree into the national political arena. As such, I will introduce it, even if I am confident that it will fail. I was leaving it in debate temporarily to advise other parties before proceeding to do so. |
Date | 10:01:04, August 22, 2005 CET | From | Socialist Democrats of Egelion | To | Debating the Protection of Children Act |
Message | We absolutely oppose this bill. If this bill is passed, our party will continually keep working to get it back to the old way it was. |
Date | 19:27:01, August 22, 2005 CET | From | Conservative Coalition of Egelion | To | Debating the Protection of Children Act |
Message | We also reject this bill. We like the status quo. |

Random quote: "Ask the experimenters why they experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are like us." Ask the experimenters why it is morally okay to experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are not like us." Animal experimentation rests on a logical contradiction." - Charles R.
