| Message | For the sake of national security in the long run, if we have a major war, god forbid, and the enemy has a broad range of nuclear and biological capabilities it would be useful to know the weaknesses and capability of these weapons of mass destruction, and through this we will not have the need for nuclear of bio weapons, buecause we control a broad range of the weapons' weaknesses. |
