Message | This proposal is inaccurrate. Slavery hasn't always been illegal. Not everyone has a right to defend his freedom. Such a statement is extremely worrying, as it means that criminals are justified in resisting the police. Capital punishment has been in place for a long time now, any such slaves would have been executed. Pointless legislation. |

Message | This is a travesty of a bill that condones murder on strictly abstract deontological grounds. |

Random fact: The people in your nation don't like inactive parties. When you often abstain from voting for a bill, they will dislike your party and your visibility to the electorate will decrease significantly. Low visibility will means you are likely to lose seats. So keep in mind: voting Yes or No is always better than Abstaining. |
Random quote: "Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man gainst his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American...[T]he unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people." - Tenche Coxe |
