| Message | ooc: "The death penalty is applied for capital crimes" is the most idiotic wording for a proposal ever. Capital crimes, by definition, are crimes that are puinished with death. So the proposal says: the death penalty will be imposed for crimes that merit the death penalty. Sorry, pet peeve. IC: The state has no rihght to kill, that right ius God's alone. |
