| It's time to harden our youth. the good boys and girls will have no problem with this law, the hardheaded hooligans in our classrooms however will have to adjust their behaviour if they want to avoid the pain. |

Old value:: Discipline levels are set by local governments.
Current: Teachers are forbidden from striking children and may only use non-contact discipline (detention, expulsion etc).
Proposed: Teachers may use corporal punishment at their discretion.
