| I Andrea Belknap, Atabeg Accipitrum of The Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth and Chairman of The National Security Council of Cedar Tree, hereby bring a matter of regional concern before the Parliament I believe the current conditions present us with a situation in which quick action needs to be taken for the benefit of the region. Christian Zionist Party have been confirmed as a defendant respsonsible for the death of Pntek population in Tadraki and Squibblian in Squibble. To remedy this situation, I seek a second from the Parliament to carry out Emergency Powers, Emergency Actions to be taken: 1. All Christian Zionist Party member shall be considered an enemy of the state. 2. All Christian Zionist Party member will be required to surrender themselve to the Pontesian Control Commission in Tadraki. 3. Christian Zionist Party is hereby declared an illegal party and will not consider to be exist. 4. Zionism is still recognize as a religion and will not be required to enlist themselve or report to any officer. 5. All other parties in Tadraki is still recognized and will not be required to enlist themselve or report to any officer. IC: We have a confirmed report by the Pontesian Control Commission in Tadraki that the CZP used to have a detention camp that is used to brainwash Pntek population with their Zionist thinking. In one of the facility in Tadraki, We found a gravesite which contain 10,000+ bodies; it is believe that all of the people resist the brainwashing and have been executed by CZP and renegade military officer. We have yet to found any strong evidence regarding this kind of activity by Beitenyu government or any other parties, but will continue to actively search for any evidence. | Message | The SDP hopes any person carrying out such actions against the Pntek people will be severly punished. However, we do not endorse the broad stroke this resolution uses. By the Atabeg Accipitrum's own admission there are a number of members of the CZP not engaged in such activity. Therefore we cannot condone the outlawing of entire party. The current law allows individuals to be prosecuted and is sufficient. |
