| Message | I did not know this bill was going through when I proposed my bill. I had no intention of proposing the Environmental Protection Act be withdrawn. I don't like treaties of restriction. And, no one else voted to withdrawal the other treaty. I did nothing at odds with my words and said nothing that was not true at the time. |
