MessageThat would be the same as banning nuclear power of any sort. There's not anywhere that far away from any life-form. However, we would also disagree with you on the the term "self-aware." However, that is not the purpose of this bill.

Message100 miles is not really that much, but thhe question is if we are going to hunt all animals in the circle around the plant once it is built and rats and others find their way there.

Instead we believe in a build up and reseach investment to make our existing ones safer, wíth a common coordinated effort. Not the local government waste of standardisation and resources we have now.
