Bill: Income tax proposal of August 2484

Details

Submitted by[?]: Middleton Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change income taxes. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2485

Description[?]:

Because the recent cutback in spending has been passed, we would like to propose a new income tax system, especially because our current surplus is 71,026,336,221 KKR. However, this new system is very much open to debate and suggestions.

For the curious, our current revenue from income tax is 766,559,921,990 KKR, making our total income 1,068,226,336,221 KKR while our expenses are 997,200,000,000 KKR.

This adjustment should make our total income 1,009,155,414,231 KKR - still above our expenses previously listed.
