| By the consent and advice of the Atabeg Acciptrum Philip Jenkin-Jones MP, the following honour is put before the assembled Parliament of the Ceder Throne for debate and decision. Andrea Belknap is hereby proposed by the Pontesian head of state for the membership of: Order of the Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth: If passed, Andrea Belknap will be granted the privaledge of using the title of 'Dame' before her name and/or OPC afterwards. The honour is in recognition of Belknap's key role in the reclaimation of Gran Tadraki for the Commonwealth and the instigation of peace talks afterwards during her period as holder of the office of Atabeg Acciptrum. |
