Message | To quote the long defunct Leviathan Party, "Allowing the firing of strikers guarantees employers will attempt to lowball workers at every point, holding termination over their heads during any negotiation. Workers are required to hold a ballot to hold a strike, but under current law employers are allowed to fire any striker without any reciprocal provisions. This merely evens the playing field in labor relations." |
