Message | "sut for clarification: does "prortional algorithm" mean the change to a small over-representation of larger regions?" No. It removes the advantage from smaller regions. It means that a region with 24% of the population will recieve 24% of the representation. Any region will recieve X representatives, where: X / 300 = that regions population / the population of Lodamun Right now, our smallest regions get X+some, our largest regions get X minus some... |

Message | there's two options -- a large over-rep for small regions, and a small over-rep for large regions. Your algorithm does not exist. |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
