Current: The state owns all defence industries.
Proposed: The state owns national defence industries but these exist alongside privately owned defence industries.
Article 2

Old value:: There shall be no mandatory military or civilian national service.
Current: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve either a term in the military or a lesser paid term of civilian national service, at their option.
Proposed: All adults upon completion of schooling can be required in times of war to serve a term in the military.
Article 3

Old value:: Women serve alongside men.

| Message | The OGP supports none of these ventures. First, why should the state control industries who make weapons or what ever - such enterprises are better left to the private sector, as state run coorporations are often less effective. Second, we believe is war is declared it would be too late to teach our poeple to fight and send them to war, furthermore we do not wish to send pacifists and other reluctants into war.
