| Dear Distinguished Members of the Convocation: The AM Radical Libertarian Party recently pointed out that there was small surplus in the budget. Our views on spending the surplus are relatively simple and cut n' dry in order to create JOBS for millions of POOR citizens in the Axis Mundi Likatonia Res Publica: (1) RAISE the Luxury Tax that wealthy Lukatonians pay from 22% to ~35%; (2) ABOLISH the income tax for ALL Middle Class and poor familes below 11,429 LIK--[OOC: 11,429 LIK is the equivalent to ~50,000 British Pounds]. (3) [IC]: Establish a 20% FLAT Tax on the wealthy citizens making above the 11,429 LIK threshold; (4) Revise and simplify the budget as according to the following formula: (a) 50% for National Defense (military) (b) 4/5th (80%) of the remaining half of the budget should be SUB-divided equally into the Finance, Education, Infrastructure, Trade & Industry, Science & Technology, and the Justice Dept.(s).
