Bill: High Court Magistrates
Details
Submitted by[?]: Wessex High Imperial Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2487
Description[?]:
"To date, I have received the names of magistrates from the EPRP and UUP. We are still waiting on the ONCC, the PP and the LPP to submit a magistrate to the court to represent one of the three resepective regions before the court can begin to function. If I do not receive magistrates from the three aforementioned parties by March 2487, I am requesting that I call again for magistrates after the next election to fill the three initial regional positions, and therefore, to use the results of the next election by which to call for the initial magistrates from the three regions in question as outlined in the High Court proposal we approved. I am asking that you vote on this bill, yes in favor of allowing me to recall or no for not in favor. Any magistrate sent to the High Court to represent these three regions before the March 2487 deadline will, of course, be honored. I'd like to implement the High Court sometime next year. Thank you." Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost. |
