Bill: Autofahren Reform

Details

Submitted by[?]: Bündnis 89 / Die Faulenzer

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 2489

Description[?]:

Whereas families in the BRD are currently limited to owning one private automobile per household,

Whereas limiting families to one vehicle has negative consequences, such as limiting both wage earners abilities to drive to work and shop, therefore limiting their participation in the economy,

Whereas the government still recognizes the importance of community transportation and clean fuels,

Be it resolved that the Bundestag of the BRD change policy in regards to private vehicle ownership to allow households multiple private vehicles, but continue to encourage the use of collective travel (bus, train, tram, etc) and the use of cleaner fuel cars.
