Message | I'm not entirely sure why giving aid is such a good thing... My vote is open to change though, so convince me. |

Message | Properly managed foreign aid can increase the strength of less-developed countries and prevent them from falling victim to civil unrest, disease, or natural disaster. This means fewer refugees, fewer public health threats, and an overall improvement of the human condition on Terra. With that being said, we can understand the New Leadership's skepticism. Many governments mismanage their foreign aid, and money is lost to corruption and inefficiency without helping the intended recipients. For this reason, we support moderate aid payments with good oversight, as opposed to large aid packages without restriction. |

Message | Of course, foreign aid must be a tool of diplomacy not an act of charity. Giving the less-developed nations of Terra the tools to become self-reliant and free from dependency on outside forces is in the interest of Rutania. Besides the improvement in economic migration to our shores, the benefits to the "human condition" cannot be underestimated. Let us put our massive budget surplus to some postive use. |

Message | I don't know if other countries would appreciate our help. Someone can tell me that our mission is to give aid for the moment? I really don't know. I would say no for now. |
