Foam formed around Mr. Milosevic's mouth as his fellow party member His Sinister Benevolence Sir Alan Greenspan pulled him away from the microphone and led him out of the room. Duma members from other parties glanced at each other with a puzzled look on their faces. What is this grotesque man smoking, they asked each other? Maybe drugs SHOULD be oulawed...
